My approach combines years of sports coaching, health coaching, and mindset coaching to guide you from surviving to thriving through the creation of a purpose and performance toolkit.
I have almost thirty years of head coaching experience, coaching in various states such as Florida, Tennessee, and Ohio, with twelve years as the head coach for women's basketball at Ohio Wesleyan University this season.
This past season, our team won a share North Coast Athletic Conference Regular season championship with a record of 23-7,(11-3). The team received an at large bid to the NCAA tournament and made it to the second round. In 2022-23, our team won the conference championship and earned a bid into the NCAA tournament. In the 2014/15 season, I was named coach of the year in the NCAC and led my team to a 18-9 record, finishing second with a 12-4 conference record and ending the season with a 65-64 win over defending national champion DePauw, breaking their 58-game winning streak and giving them their first-ever NCAC setback. Before becoming the head coach, I was an assistant women's basketball coach at Ohio Wesleyan for four seasons, helping the team achieve a record of 46-16 in NCAC play, including a 14-2 mark in 2009-10 and earning a NCAA tournament appearance.
Prior to Ohio Wesleyan, I was the head girls' coach at Delaware Hayes High School for seven successful years, where my Pacer teams won three conference championships, seven sectional titles, and reached the district semifinals seven times. Additionally, I have head coaching experience at Tennessee High School, where I was named Northeast Tennessee coach of the year and Big Ten conference coach of the year twice.
I graduated from Florida Southern College, where I received four-time Sunshine State all-conference honors and MVP three times, and was inducted into the Class of 2007 Florida Southern College Athletic Hall of Fame. Finally, I am a graduate of my hometown Delaware Hayes High School, where I am also in the Athletic Hall of Fame.
